Review: Black Arts (Jane Yellowrock #7) by Faith Hunter

Black Arts - Faith Hunter

Non-stop action and surprising twists!!

What I liked:  What's not to like?  In Black Arts, Ms Hunter has given us a true gem.  There is plenty of action, mystery, and angst.  I counted myself extremely lucky to get an ARC from Net Galley.  I devoured Black Arts in one sitting and still wanted more.

There is so much happening in this installment of Jane Yellowrock.  Molly is missing along with a few others, strange vampires are showing up in Leo's area, and what the heck is happening with Bruiser and Leo??  The thing that totally catches me by surprise is Rick Lefleur.  You absolutely won't believe it.  I was a bit pissed when I read what Ms Hunter had done but, I have trust in where she is taking her characters.  Already on pins and needles waiting for the next book!

Almost every character in any of the previous books plus a few new ones are in Black Arts.  Like I said, the action is non-stop and there is nothing you can do but read and hang on!!

What I didn't like:  I was mad and hurt over Rick's story....but it made for some interesting possibilities in upcoming novels.

The prices are very reasonable at $5.99 for the Kindle version and $7.57 for the paperback.

Highly recommend!!!
